Trial Session
One guided session to experience the mentoring approach and finalize expectations.
Service Agreement
Develop and sign an agreement outlining the services, session frequency, and cost structure.
Ongoing Support
Regular reviews to adjust the program as participant goals evolve.
Cost Structure
Pat adheres to NDIS pricing guidelines for plan-managed and self-managed participants.
Note: Travel costs may apply for in-person sessions outside of Millicent, Mount Gambier and Penola, as per NDIS guidelines.
